  1. Introduction

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipping and delivery of products purchased by you (“you” or “your”) through the website safefoods.bharatrohan.in (“Website”) operated by BharatRohan Airborne Innovations Limited and its affiliates and subsidiaries (formerly known as BharatRohan Airborne Innovations Private Limited) (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By placing an order on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

This Policy must be read together with the Company’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation and Refund Policy.


  1. Delivery and Timelines

The Company may partner with independent third-party courier and logistics service providers (“Delivery Partners”) to facilitate the delivery of products purchased through the Website. The standard delivery timeline for orders is up to 7 (seven) business days (or longer) from the date of dispatch, subject to the delivery location, product availability, and operational conditions of the Delivery Partners.

Expedited or priority delivery options may be offered from time to time, depending on the availability and service capabilities of the Delivery Partners. Any additional costs or charges applicable to expedited delivery shall be borne solely by the end-customer and will be communicated at the time of order placement.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, logistics constraints, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. The Company shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay, loss, or inconvenience resulting from delayed delivery.


  1. Shipment and Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing shipment details, including the tracking number and courier information. You may use these details to track the status of your shipment through the Delivery Partner’s tracking system.

Once an order has been handed over to the Delivery Partner, the Delivery Partner assumes full liability, responsibility, and risk for shipping, handling, and delivery of the order to the designated address. However, the Company may, at its sole discretion, provide reasonable assistance to the end-customer in resolving any delivery-related issues to the extent permitted under the applicable arrangement with the Delivery Partner.


  1. Risk, Title, and Ownership

All products purchased through the Website are shipped from the Company’s designated fulfilment centres or warehouses. The title, ownership, and risk of loss or damage to the order(s) passes from the Company to the Delivery Partner upon handover of the order(s) to the Delivery Partner. The title, ownership, and risk of loss or damage to the order(s) passes from the Delivery Partner to the end-customer upon successful delivery and payment of the order amount (if cash on delivery is opted by the end-customer).

The Company is not liable or responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the products after they have been handed over to the Delivery Partner.


  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

End-customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping information at the time of placing an order. The Company shall not be liable or responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate addresses provided by the end-customer.

If a shipment is returned to the Company due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or non-availability of the end-customer at the delivery address, the Company may, at its sole discretion, attempt re-delivery or cancel the order. In such cases, any additional delivery charges or costs incurred shall be borne solely by the end-customer.


  1. Delivery Confirmation and Inspection

Upon receipt of your order, you are required to verify the condition and accuracy of the delivered items. Any issues, including defects, must be reported to the Company within 24-48 hours from the date and time of delivery, along with clear photographs and relevant order details.

The Company will investigate the complaint and may, at its sole discretion, offer suitable resolution as per the Company’s Cancellation and Refund Policy.


  1. Delivery Restrictions

The Company currently delivers only within India. Delivery to remote, restricted, or non-serviceable locations may not be possible. Orders placed for such locations may be cancelled, and any payments made will be refunded in accordance with the Company’s Cancellation and Refund Policy.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue delivery services to specific locations without prior notice.
