Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which orders placed through the website safefoods.bharatrohan.in (“Website”) may be refunded to you or cancelled by you (“you” or “your”) or BharatRohan Airborne Innovations Limited (formerly known as BharatRohan Airborne Innovations Private Limited) or its affiliates or subsidiaries (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). By placing an order on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. 

This Policy must be read together with the Website’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.


  1. Order Cancellation by the Customer

You may cancel your order before it has been processed or dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. For the purposes of this Policy, an order shall be deemed “processed” once it has been confirmed by the Company and forwarded for packaging, fulfilment, or shipment. To request a cancellation, you must contact us promptly at our customer support email ID, marketing@bharatrohan.in, and provide your order number along with other relevant details.

The Company reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests in cases of suspected misuse, abuse of the cancellation policy, or repeated cancellations. If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the Company will process a refund of the amount paid for the order, in accordance with this Policy.


  1. Order Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, for any reason and at any time, including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, payment processing issues, inaccurate or incomplete order information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

The Company shall not be liable for cancellation or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, or technical failures. If the Company cancels your order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded in accordance with this Policy. The Company shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by such cancellation.


  1. Refunds

If a refund is approved pursuant to this Policy, it will be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of placing the order. Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days from the date of refund approval. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or the payment service provider, and the Company shall not be liable or responsible for any delays in such processing.

Refunds will not be provided in any circumstances other than those specifically stated in this Policy.


  1. Returns and Replacements

The Company does not accept product returns or offer replacements once an order has been delivered. All sales made through the Website are final. Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect their orders at the time of delivery. and no Claims for damage or defects shall not be entertained if reported beyond the prescribed time period.

In case a product is delivered in a defective condition, you must notify the Company within 24-48 hours from the date and time of delivery by writing to the Company at marketing@bharatrohan.in, along with clear photographs and order details. The Company will review the complaint and may, at its sole discretion, provide a suitable resolution depending on the circumstances.

The Company reserves the right to verify and determine the validity of any claim. Decisions made by the Company in this regard shall be final and binding.


  1. Non-Refundable Transactions

Shipping fees, cash-on-delivery charges, and any other service charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Any promotional or discount offers used during the order will not be reinstated or reissued in the event of a refund.


  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company’s total liability arising out of or in connection with any cancellation, refund, or order shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the relevant order.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

 

  1.  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
