Ingredients

  • 3–4 boiled potatoes, cubed

  • 1–2 tsp whole cumin seeds

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 2 green chilies, chopped

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • Salt, to taste

Method

Step 1: Build the Base

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

  • Add green chilies and sauté briefly.
